Oh, my deear... | screenprint lightbox

„M y  d e e/a r”
serigraphy,lightbox installation, 2010

Lightboxes show deer in the unreal city. Made of screen printing-offset technique where each of the CMYK colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) is printed on a separate layer of plexiglass. The four separate layers give the effect of three-dimensionality and causes the penetration of the color.
The whole installation personify the feeling of alienation of people in the big cities. Wild animals encroaching into the city is a symbol of longing for freedom and melancholy.
